An urban regeneration space covering 185,000 m2 with a rich industrial heritage, designed for the well-being of people and as an intergenerational and inclusive area comprising places to live, work and interact in. A neighbourhood with access to all kinds of facilities within less than five minutes. The first eco-district in Spain, set to be built between 2025 and 2029, will be traffic-free and conceived as an urban recycling model that reduces water and electricity consumption and increases biodiversity.
