Radical refurbishment work: intervention of a public building for a Net Positive Impact with NZEB and circular criteria

Some canteens dating back to the textile industry of the early 20th century are revamped as a public office and associative area. Its bioclimatic performance is modified to reduce energy demand by 82%. The project is geared towards the circular economy, constructive innovation, citizen participation and the agents who are involved in order to improve the resilience of the city of Sabadell.
